Walter Raez is Head of our branch in Zug.


Experience


Walter has over 30 years professional expe­rience in the financial field. In his capacity as director, he is in charge of companies in the private as well as public sectors. Before he joined Grant Thornton AG in 2001, he worked for various accounting companies in Switzer­land. Walter has extensive practical expe­rience in areas concerning individual and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS and US GAAP. He is specialised in due diligence projects, company valuations dealing with mergers and acqui­sitions, as well as auditing the accounts for provident and retirement funds.
